In blender 3.3 LTS it gives you the option to rename a collection you're appending but then it won't let you

I don't know if this is a bug in the way it works but the rename function is there so when APpending I tried to rename a collection because I didn't name it right when I created it and it just says something about you can't rename a folder or this isn't a folder but it gives you the option so it's kinda inefficient
