2.79b - 2.8 Transition mode
Any chance of a transition mode which when enabled alerts you of the new shortcut for 2.8 when you press a 2.79 shortcut that has changed.
So if for example you press ctrl + tab in edit mode, it would pop up a message telling the user what the new shortcut is (1,2, or 3). Or if a 2.79 shortcut now performs a different function in 2.8, it would pop up and tell you that this no longer performs the function you might be expecting, and then proceeds to show you the new shortcut and lets you choose whether to continue with the new function or escape and use the new hotkeys.

How would someone enable this? How would they disable it? Would it be a gradual disabling? I certainly wouldn't want it on by default and once enabled, I could see it getting really annoying very quickly.
I think that quite a few people migrating from pre-2.80 versions of Blender are likely to just use the 2.79 hotkeys until they can't.
* @Jason van Gumster * Just an on off checkbox in the user interface preferences. Shouldn't be too annoying unless a huge number of hotkeys have been changed/re-purposed...in which case it would probably be even more useful. You could always have a don't show again option for each reminder, so that once you're comfortable you'll remember you can select not to get that specific warning again?
It would certainly be nice to not have to search documentation or google every 5 minutes (assuming a lot has changed).
