Graph Editor - Modifier Restrict Frame Range connection to strip sliers

Hello. I found that Restrict Frame Range could be greatly improved. At the moment, the "Start" and "End" values are independent of the starting and ending position of the sliders on the strips, however, I believe that these values should depend on the position of these sliders with the possibility of offset. Such a solution would be very helpful, because now when we want to move or duplicate a strip containing such a modifier, we have to change the "Start" and "End" values manually each time.
