Scene Animations LLM ( I.N. Corporated)
I'm not an animator, but I've learned a decent amount and played around with rigify. During my time learning animating, I came to understand there were really 2 types of animations. a) animations on the character - mostly for games/sim b) scene animations - mostly for renders
With character animations, you might want some per project to have specific movements that a character makes repeatedly. But there aren't too many of those. A dozen or so per character. The rest are going to be too specific to that scene to use.
Character animations are kind of a done deal, with 70%+ able to just be downloaded and used. They're typically close enough when that's what your need is (gaming / sim). And some type of general animation targeting LLM will create other character animations based on your input.
So, what is missing is project specific scene animations. That should probably be built into blender.
Make the character named "Robert" start at a position on the wooden box named WoodenBox, and have the character facing the exit sign. The animation should have him jump up high as if he was avoiding an object, and towards the object named ExitSign. He'll land down on the ground, and run through the open door object named Door1, which is under the ExitSign object.
You need an AI category.
I'm going to cut myself off from posts for the year. I start getting too many ideas. I know y'all are buuuuuussssyyyy.

So what's the proposal here? Implement AI to animate for you? I'd argue many things against any form of AI being shipped with Blender out of the box, and without even going into the ethics of it.
