Timeline should be able seen both in same time: frames and seconds
There should be two timelines presented, one in frames and other in seconds.
There's already a little box, where user can enter the frame he wants to move. But there should also be a box, user can enter the time he wants to move - presented in seconds.

While I agree with usefulness of being able to see the timeline in frames or 'time' I don't agree with it to be two timelines or a duplicate of any user interface element to show both at the same time and use precious screen space.
I'm all for a feature to switch between frames and time notations like in other applications, but not for something extra in the UI making it bloated for no reason IMO.
I think a rightclick on something to get a contextmenu to switch between frames and time notations/seconds would be good enough.
Could you do please a little sketch?
I don't need two separate boxes, but would be nice if I'm working in smpte that I can also input time codes, instead of frames.
IE, the time display should be uniform.
