Custom Outliner Icon Colors

For me it's sometimes difficult to keep the outliner organized, since you can't sort the objects in a custom order. So it would be very helpful to have the possibility to change the color of the Icons in a custom colors (as you can do with collections already).

That would help a lot to keep the outliner organized visually.

There are some proposals already that go in a similar direction but I didn't find anything like this specifically.
