Add "Detected 0 dependency cycles" notification in console.
When going from any number of dependency cycles to 0 dependency cycles, it would be great if we had a notification within the console window for those of us trying to clear out any accidentally created cycles.
At the moment it just counts down to 1 and then if you clear the last one, you have no idea without perhaps reloading the file entirely to see if it's been cleared. A printed notification would be great in this situation.
Or even if it just popped up as part of the saved info data that would help too!

Exactly. The current behavior can be really frustrating.
In my opinion, automated Refreshment can be trickier to conceive. So, instead, maybe there should exist some sort of visible command or button in the Window Console, or perhaps a new "Window Console Refresh" Operator < Window Menu < Topbar, in order to be able at least to manually and handily 'Refresh' the System Console data, without having to close and re-open Blender.
The fact that it lacks refreshment for most features apparently, it doesn't only affect Dependency Cycles, but also 'Orphan' Drivers (which leave alert messages listed in the System Console).
Whatever upgrade is made in this domain, is welcomed and should be great!
