make bone selection outline opposite colour to bone for better clarity

Sometimes it's hard to see which bones you have selected in pose mode, because their outline colour is the same as the bone colour, just a bit brighter.

To make it easier to see what's selected, make the outline colour the opposite hue to the bone colour.
