Shortcut for change Language interface
Please add the ability to add a hotkey to this checkmark. A blender can very quickly change the interface language, and I often have to do this because I do not always understand or remember what a particular word means in my language. In dreams, it would be ideal if the program interface coincided with the currently selected language on the keyboard. But it seems to me a pipe dream.

Right clicking on checkboxes in the preferences doesn't allow you to make a shortcut, unlike most other checkboxes in the program. Rather than making this update solely about the language shortcut, I think we could fix your problem (and many others) by allowing preferences to be assigned to shortcuts manually.
My only concern is that certain preferences might be problematic when assigned to shortcuts because they probably had a reason for not having the shortcuts there... Or maybe it was just never necessary enough to put in the time and effort, seeing as there are a lot of settings.
