Proposals display wrong comments count
Many proposals say they have a certin number of comments (e.g. 2) but in reality have way more (e.g. 5) If I where to guess, I'd say this is because of a stale cache (I could be totally wrong on that). But this is something that should probably be looked into at some point.

Stale cache probably is the culprit. There are a few instances like this. The Home link on the index page, for instance, only shows 20 as the count.
