Use individual origins for proportional editing

For now proportional editing ignores individual origins, would be nice to fix this! Screenshot-9

as a workaround you could split the islands into individual objects, with origin in the center. Not ideal but works Image

* @rabatin.dominik * Exactly! So why it can't work inside a single mesh.

Problem in this case - Individual origins exist for what selected. Parts with individual origins can be attached together as single mesh, but if you select specific elements of it without connection between them - they will act as individuals. Proportional Editing work from what selected to what not selected around. If you select elements to make them work as individuals - now influence falloff start from each of them and affect what around (not selected).

To make it work in way as suggested it need to make some new mode of Proportional Editing which will use for influence falloff center 3D cursor (maybe), but affect what selected around current Pivot Point (individual origins in this case).
