Paint/Sculpt Asset Shelves: allow Vertical and Horizontal List views

The brush and sculpt modes' Asset Shelves have the issue of texts under the icons being so truncated that they are almost unreadable unless one makes the icons' sizes gigantic. Adding List view modes would solve that.

Oftentimes text-only (or text preceded by a tiny icon) is a far better use of UI real estate and the user's cognitive capacity. I use Paint and Sculpt mode every now and then, but the brushes' icons aren't distinct enough for me to remember their meaning, so, I'm always having to activate their texts and then severely upsize the icons so that the text is readable.

(Ideally, the File Browser, Asset Browser, and Asset Shelves would share all their Display Mode abilities:

• The Asset Browser, with a Vertical List option, would work well for narrow editor sizes.
• The Asset Shelves (especially the popover one) could be far smaller while in Vertical or Horizontal List mode.
• The File Browsers could do with bigger or adjustable thumbnails while in List modes)
