Bring Back Custom Color in Header for Panel in Properties
I would like to return the old possibility to change the color of the Header in the properties (as it was in versions 4.x).
The use of custom color enables transparency of the huge Panels, that is, where the options are located.
I hope others who use it agree.

The theme editor is in the process of being simplified, mainly moving away from the "control each GUI element of each editor individually" to "control each GUI element globally".
Panel headers are now controlled globally from one place under User Interface > Panel:
