Right ALT does not work on some keyboard layouts except EN
I am using Czech keyboard, and here comes the trouble. In this case only left ALT works as a hotkey. I am not sure, if this will happen with another languages, but only EN KB is working on both sides. It's very annoying to switch to EN KB every moment for comfy work with Blender, especially when Windows 10 automatically still again and again switching into native KB.

I am not sure, if this is bug (Alt ~ Alt Gr = different keys), but still, by my opinion, the left / right alt should work the same way on all layouts.
This is not a proposal, but a bug report.
Please inside Blender go to Help -> Report a Bug
Try AutoHotkey to remap it until there's a fix...
