Face sets from intersecting object
It would be really helpful if we can create face sets from object intersection, this will quickly create mask and will create immense possibilities in sculpting.

I'm curious to hear more about how this might work step-by-step. Imagine writing a tutorial-- step 1: Select your mesh... Is this done in Edit mode or Object mode? Would you be picking items one at a time? Do you have to keep those objects around, or could you delete them after making the Vertex Groups? Is there an existing workflow or design pattern in Blender already that works in a similar way to what you're picturing?
Not saying it's a bad idea, (despite the fact that you could achieve this in Geometry Nodes), but the devil is in the details, as they say.
as this is the idea so not a way there but i just use Intersect boolean to create those colored meshes and assigned them viewport color. now i realized that i can make good thumbnail (hahaha) , actually people rarelly look intersect in boolean modifier.
