Blender 2.8 screencast video
Please put back the screen recording option into blender 2.8, It is very usefull. Recording with other softwares is clunky, sluggish and choppy. Cheers

This displays keypresses on-screen for casting, but I don't recall Blender ever having the ability to actually record screen casts itself.

Yes I want this back too. It was removed back in Jun 2018 developer.blender.org/rB46dceefc353a
Blender did not have videorecording. It have addon that show pressed buttons. 2.8 have too. Shorcut VUr for example.

Mine's certainly 2.79b and I can see the option. I wonder if it doesn't exist in certain languages???
Perhaps this should be raised as a bug?
