Increase Middle Click Scrolling speed
For now it is tooooo slow. I'm moving my arm like an idiot every time Please increase it and fix it like it was done in "everything" On gif i just using Middle Click + Mouse moving GIF: bit.do/fLgiz

But, you are showing two different functions. In Blender, you grab and drag following the cursor. But on the right, the cursor stands still, and I guess by moving the mouse you control the speed.
But it's not clear why it's necessary if everything scrolls with the mouse wheel. (I mean properly implemented mouse wheel scrolling).
