Groups/Folders for Bone Collections

The new bone collections system is great, however it becomes increasingly complicated when dealing with more and more layers. Would be good if layers could be grouped into folders which could be collapsed or expanded. For example you would have a folder called Left Arm, and when expanded you have a collection for IK controls, FK controls, mechanism bones, twist bones, deformation bones all parented underneath.

That would be really nice. I've been trying these new bone collections a bit in 4.0 beta, seems like those don't have option for children like Outliner object collections have. So you only have my_object.data.collections[0] (for armature type objects) or whatever name or number, and not my_object.data.collections[0].children or something like that.

Anyway, seems like 4.0 Blender would also have neat way to visualise hierarchies, so your suggestion combined with this IMO would be really useful for rigs (4.0 release notes: Tree-view UIs draw hierarchy lines to visually communicate the nesting levels better. Hierarchical bone collections has been tackled recently (3 weeks ago). projects.blender.org/blender/blender/commit/129fb2ea

Marking this as Done (not technically folders but collections are like folders, no need for a new grouping entity).
