Add "near" and "far" to Camera/Viewport Display/Limits

The ability to lock the focal point in the Depth of Field to an empty is an awesome way to facilitate camera focus. However, even better would be to be able to see the near and far focus markers too. I imagine this could be implemented by using one of the many depth of field tables to provide a table of ranges based on the F-Stop, such as this one: photopills.com/calculators/dof-table
