Dope sheet snapping during keyframe transforms

When you have keyframes selected and are moving them around I'd like to be able to hold shift and have my selection snap to the beginning of the playback area or the end of the playback area. It's a bit tedious on long animations to zoom in and carefully align the selection to the beginning.
