Move to collecion - show where is now (radial button/darked?)
Right now we don't see object where is located when want Move to collecion. Can be situation where user trying move to collection to this same. My proposal is to:
- add radial button/checkbox where should exist object in collection after move (question is about possibility to be in more collection that one)
- add darked colour for collection icon and name to block move to collection where is now this object (coz not have sense, or doing misunderstanding around) or made radial button/checkbox marked.

You can just click . to find the object in the outliner
How? Very often object is in depth collections, in simple situation where you have long linst in outliner you can't find object - as on links.
Just click point( . ) on the outliner with your object selected
On viewport, not on outliner..
But in a viewport you have it, and also in the collection menager, the add on that comes with Blender
But this not filling needs.. I'm indicating outliner, you viewport. This same collection manager have nothing for this. Eg. you need check where is object located (wich collection, whole tree.. corect or not.. how easy move to other to organize some component, etc.. what is inside as childs)
