It's time to synchronize time lines zoom as parallel in several windows

The reason to "peg" the zoom as parallel in several windows is for:

• more easy operate with modification in image sequence editor for audio, eg. fade in, fade out key frame in relation of animation time line key frames (for better synchronization begin and end of some animation - on image)
• to edit some key frames in time line in relation with video sequences, audio paterns, etc.
• the dock windows sizes on left and right can be also in peg mode
