Change default shrinkwrap snap mode

Shrinkwrap modifiers option "Snap mode: Outside Surface" is almost always like 99% of the time the best option. And also makes the most sense for shrink wrap to behave like.

So please make it the default snap mode instead of on surface, which often creates issues

Ps: I probably have manually switched the snap mode around 500 times and this is slowly driving me insane.
