[Proposal] Favorites and Recent menu for properties/properties groups

Blender 2.8 UI is for the most part nicely structured but having a lot of properties in different tabs can sometimes hinder workflow. One idea I got from working with modern dSLRs is that they have a Favorites menu and a Recent menu for properties you recently changed and want to keep easily accessible without searching for them in other menus that have a lot of other properties. This enables a photographer to make quick changes and cut down on time searching for what they need.

The other day as I was experimenting with creating and rendering a particle system I had to keep going back and forth between render settings, particle physics and size, and materials. And I couldn't stop to think this would be much faster if I had everything under one tab and focus only on the things I wanted to change (or was changing).

My proposal is to have a tab that:

  1. contained properties that we could select (in their respective menus) to be shown here.
  2. contained properties that are not user selected but were recently changed and an option to set how many of these parameters are remembered.

I think this idea could lend well to creative programs, in this case specifically Blender. This new tab could be placed right under (or above) the "Active Tool and Workspace settings" tab in the "Properties" window.
