Pie menu on mouse click

It would be handy to activate cursor snap menu instead w. shortcut (Shift S) simply w. mouse clicking on specified area on 3D view workspace - add one more small black picture 'Pie Menu' in upper right edge to other four: 'Projection', 'Camera', 'Move', 'Zoom')
