Add Transfom and Rotation options in Lights Data Panel Properties
Add transform and rotation option in the data panel of lights so we don't have to click to other panels just to change rotation and location of lights. Point lamps should only have the location option. I ask AI to create a mockup idea of the feature.

What? No. Why would I want to have to go to one panel to adjust position for lights, and a different panel to adjust position for anything else?
And by the way, even the mockup makes no sense. The location of a SUN object is irrelevent.
oh, Yeah, that make sense. sun location is irrelevant.
That breaks the logic of separating the object properties from the data properties
