Show Asset Browser by default in Layout workspace

I never understood why would one need the animation controls be displayed by default but now with Asset Browser maybe it makes sense to display it by default in the Layout workspaces as it feels the most logical. There is Animation workspace for animations.

You could even have the default cube and shapes in there by default, which will show to novice users what this feature is all about right out of the box.

In movie production, layout is often with animation, so it makes sense to have at least a timeline.
That being said, I don't know if that "layout" panel is properly named, it's just the default area setup Blender always had, a general purpose default that can serve pretty much anything viewport-centered and requires little tweaking to adapt to your needs.

The asset browser isn't an editor that is required to be there for a prolonged amount of time, you just open it once in a while to get your assets, there are very few tasks that require to do that frequently, like environment building.
