U.I. for custom OCIO configuration
Make it easier for users to use various types of ocio profiles for color management such as filmic blender; the option should be added to load custom ocio profiles under color management. Krita has this feature in their ocio panel (which you can check for your reference). It would allow users to test various profiles and workflows without the need to update blender every time.
I've been told that you can load custom OCIO configuration via OCIO environment variable, so this might be a simple python fix.

This would be a great place to add LUTs, right? A new version of ACES is coming soon so it would be great if Blender can jump on the color management, soon!

You can use blendermarket.com/products/colormaster in the meantime
sure but at ocio git site you can use more profile than just filmic blender. It would be great to use those with out the hassle of overwriting your config.
Good idea, but Filmic should be in 2.79 anyway, so you will just have to select it among the others.
