Add Shortcut/Add to Quick Favorites for Set Origin and Convert to Menu

For some weird reason the options Assign Shortcut and Add to Quick Favorites are not shown in the right click menu of the menu entries Set Origin and Convert to in the Object menu. It would be super useful to quickly add back in the super useful shortcuts Alt+C and Ctrl+Shift+Alt+C from before.
