Persistent Separate Color Management Settings for different Engines
Over the last few days, I have been using both Eevee and Cycles; and developing shaders that work in both engines. One of my frustrations is that when I change color management settings in one engine, (to look closer to what I originally created in the other); the "Color Management" settings that changed carry back over to the other engine; then changing its appearance from what I was trying to match.
There should be a way to have separate color management settings per engine; that don't effect the other. This way you can switch pretty seamlessly between engines without lots of re-tweaking settings.
For instance in basic Filmic modes, I would use "Medium High Contrast"; while using "Medium Low Contrast" when switching too Cycles. In Cycles I also would use an exposure of 0.5; while Eevee stays at 0.
Perhaps the solutions could be a check box in the panel that would keep the settings only for the current engine.

Ideally, EEVEE won't need these kinds of tweaks, but this is a good idea. It's probably doable via shader in EEVEE, for a quick workaround. (Use shader-to-RGB node)
