Suggestion: hidden menus toolbar

Hi, it would be awesome to have a toolbar with all hidden menus (P, w in edit mode for example) where user could find the menus they forgot how to access simply by displaying the menu. MAybe you could integrate THIS waldobronchart.github.io/ShortcutMapper/ inside Blender too, as it sure can display a webpage, why couldn't it? lol :P

But all those shortcuts, it would be awesome to have them in a menu where any new entries is automatically added, any missing one, removed. Something really automatic that finds its references on its own and lists all available shortcuts in all views (edit, pose, texture paint) and so on... The menu would basically just classify shortcuts (when defined) by coherence(utility type), (when undefined) by its modifier (Ctrl, Shift, Alt)...

This would be a default part of blender, not a plugin. And could somehow be a great part into upgrading all menus.

Also, additionally to this, a multilingual online database to upgrade the "tooltips" would be awesome, at this point :3
