Automatic transitions for Multicam selector (VSE)

So, I sometimes edit some video clips for music groups and I found out in a lot of the cases I am using a multi cam selector with a couple of camera's and tend to need cross fades or similar for every switch. My proposal is to implement a default transition using the blend modes with a duration relative to the start and finish from the center of the cut.

This can speed up rough cuts or even full edits for quite a bunch of cases imo.
