Unit Scale Nightmare Lasts for Decade, Time to Solve!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want to work in REAL WORLD SCALE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Most of us create small things like characters and machines, All the things' scale is quite big and unreasonable including default polygons or functional objects
Beside that, MOST IMPORTANTLY, when you want modeling in REAL WORLD SCALE. Try to set scale unit down form 1.0 to 0.1. everything you create just not adapt to the scale. NO, nothing has change even the camera becomes worse than before.

I'm not as mad about the topic as asuralhp, but I have experienced the same problem as him and always found it weird, why this is the case.
I work with smaller objects all the time (in the range of a few centimeters) and Physique with Unit Scale set to 1 doesn't work properly out of the box there. I might have overlooked something, but I also tried a lot and nothing worked. Once you set Unit Scale to 0.01, everything works well, but many of the values are messed out throughout the rest of Blender which is annyoing.
Here are two scenes to test. They are the same except one uses the Unit Scale of 1 and the other one 0.01. As you can see, in the scene where the Unit Scale is 1, the little cylindrical chips just fall through the floor. In the other scene it works fine.

Please check them out and let us know what you experience. I'd appreciate any solutions. I'm just switching from 2.79 to 2.83 and it's bumpy enough. So getting such a thing out of the way would be a great start. To be fair, that issue was there in 2.79 as well.
Cheers.
Me thinks you're doing it wrong.
Not sure that anyone here will get your point about why you burnt out so much.
From your picture - " too big " what? Why you want to scale unit to 0.1?
