NLA: Tweak Mode to Show Final NLA Result

Entering tweak mode currently only shows the NLA tracks from the base up to the tweaked strip. It's not possible to view the effect of higher tracks. This means it's not possible to view and consider the whole final animation when making changes. This leads to a trial and error process for what the final result looks like.
