Blender Grease Pencil - Layer Picker
Being able to visually pick from in the viewport is often much faster than scrolling through a list.
Adding to the current eye droppers capability if users were to
"control-click"
Fills or strokes they would be choosing the layer from within the viewport making it faster to navigate

I had a similar proposal a while back, but a bit more OTT, like the W key in MyPaint which eyedropps the layer, colour and brush all at once. Even if just layer picking, it would be super practical.
I think this is a good idea.
Also, is that a grease pencil based rig selector?
If so, very cool! And also I would love to know what you're using to "link" it up. But off topic and all haha :)
