Move 3D Cursor from previous position
I'm going to have a hard time explaining this proposal. But often I'd like to tweak the current position of the 3D cursor on a single axis. Usually I'd create an empty at the 3D cursors position move it and set the 3D cursor to the empty.
The problem with it currently is that when you activate the tool it sets a new position and then you can constrain and snap it from there etc.
So I basically think it should function mostly the way it does currently. Where if you press Shift + Right Click and hold you can tweak the position of the cursor. But if you enter an axis - it'd tweak from the previous position of the cursor.

Main problem is that you cannot precisely manipulate the 3D cursor position unless you type its location manually or snap it to something else (
Cursor to Selected, etc.)blenderartists.org/t/gismow-pie-menu/1162872/5
The x, y, and z keys work while you're dragging the cursor. You can also use the middle mouse button to constrain to axes.
* @dpdpforlife * Yep you sure can. However it sets a new position when you do that. So if you snap it to a position you wish to move it precisely from, you lose that.
* @yianni.papazis * Wow...you're right. I tested it yesterday to see if it works, and the cursor does jump towards the original location so I thought all was good. Today I checked the numbers and it is off. This may be more of a bug to report rather than a feature request.
* @dpdpforlife * Is there a way to have AXIS Gizmo on 3D cursor? It's hard to hold [shift]+[RC]+[MC]. It's almost impossible to snap 3D cursor like this.
* @no4me * Wait until you want to move the 3D cursor with precision. You have to hold [Ctrl], [RMB], then hold [RMB], [Ctrl] and [Shift] and you still run the risk of having the cursor not snapping to the grid.
