Substance Painter-Designer tools --> Blender
why isn't a priority something that all of us want and need, we need all the Substance Tools in Blender, from Painter to Designer, we need it, it's so important, with that tools we have a much more powerful Blender and more comfortable work.

Just to echo * @Ge Ro *, it's really not enough to say, "Make Blender like X other application." You need to be a lot more specific about the features you want and how you think they should work within Blender's interface.
I get what you mean but it is to broad and vague to be considered by developers. If you want to contribute with something constructive here you need to make a clear and explicit proposal with indications on how it will be implemented, and how it will work from the user perspective. You can learn from other proposals. Cheers!
