More reasonable local mode interaction
Now, with object in local mode ( / ) it stays visible, even if collection with this object was hidden. But can't be moved, rotated, etc. But if it was active, then edit mode is still available (non-interactive as well). That might be confusing for new users, because feels like interaction was broken with no visible reason. It becomes much more confusing with 1-2-3-etc hotkeys for collection visibility, that can be accidentally pressed so easily (while you in local mode).
So... Maybe blender should at least inform user, why he can not interact with object, that kinda still on screen?
