Allow Compositor to fetch Video Sequencer images from another Scene.

Currently, the only way to apply Compositor effects to a sequencer is to add those effects to the Scenes before editing them in Video Sequencer, or to export the Video Sequencer to images and audio and Composite that output. The Compositor should allow importing from another Scene's Video Sequencer
