3D Viewport Pan and Zoom/Dolly Sensitivity sliders for better control

basic as the title.

I come from Maya and not having stuff like this is really a deal breaker for me not moving to blender.

I know there are options in the preferences that let u adjust these stuff. but it only changes their behaviour and there is not a specific sensitivity slider.

only one that has a sensitivity option is the Orbit.

a lot of other 3D programs have it. this must too.
