@Neouser I suspect this might be a Chrome extension blocking something chat needs to run. Did you try accessing the site with Chrome in "Incognito Mode? That should give you a both a clean cache and prevent any Chrome extensions from running.
If that does not make a difference, I believe the recommended place to report a bugs with the official Blender websites is
developer.blender.org
. The bug report form is here:
If you use that form, remove the "BF-Blender" tag and replace it with "Infrastructure: Websites". Also, replace "Blender version" with your web browser version. When you are done creating the task, assign it to "venomgfx" to notify Pablo.
