Edit sections of Grease Pencil

In addition to the sculpture brushes for GP, and the edition with proportional transformation, I think it would be useful to have a specialized tool for editing sections of line for Grease Pencil.

I have designed a tool to modify and soften irregular paths with lines, arcs and curves. This tool should act as a curve deformer and a smoothing deformer at the same time. Currently these tools exist for the creation of paths, and not for editing, which is what I propose.
