Press TAB when renaming objects to rename next
Very simple suggestion.
When renaming objects in the outliner, pressing TAB would jump to the next object so you can rename stuff more efficiently.
Windows folders and files work this way.

TABIdentifier:
outliner.select_walkWalk Direction:
NextI guess that's not exactly what Euclois meant. That will just switch the next object in the outliner to the active one. But will not automatically be in the "change name mode", like it is when you are e.g. in the material panel where you can change one value hit "tab" and the next value will be marked so you can directly continue typing. One way could be to hit "tab" and after that "F2".
Well, Tab+F2 could be it, but why not just Tab? Much simpler and similar to many other applications starting with Windows itself.
