Out of view action warning

Read carefully because this one si both little and huge ! What about... A little indicator that pops-up when you are moving/duplicating/deleting an element that is outside of the view !

Example (see mockup) : You delete two selected object in the viewport EXCEPT there was a third object that was also selected but outside of your view and you didn't notice ! Happens to everyone.

This is the case in the dopesheet too, even more in this editor actually because you often stay zoomed on specific part of your animation. Moving/suppressing accidentally keyframe that are out of the view range is a very common mistake. (Also true for the VSE.)

For the deletions it's the easier. We already have a safety confirmation pop-up when deleting items with 'X' (that some users find annoying). So we just have to display a hints that alert the user that he'll be deleting something invisible to him (double safety that definitely justify the pop-up ^^).

I am really prone to this kind of error and this would be my safety net !

What do you sync ;) ?

The text and Icon are just random ideas. It can be Some items out of view or else... waiting for your proposition here.
For the color I think blue to match default pop-up menu color or maybe orange/yellow for a better warning effect... just food for thought.
