Transpose tool in Blender's scupt mode.
To move unmasked/hidden area or whole object(s) in sculpt mode with the gizmo or something similar, this function in zbrush saves so much time and the alternative in blender seems to be backing out of sculpt mode to move certain things (eye object for a head for example), but even that has limitations compared to zbrush's transpose tool.

Personally, I'd rather just see performance improvements in Edit mode.
You mention limitations that moving in Object or Edit mode has... be specific. What are they?
It's such a mandatory tool in Blender that it's truly amazing that there's no way to simply move what's unmasked in Sculpt Mode. Masking looses most of its reason to be without that. Ridiculously important tool simply... missing. Damn :/
Wish we had this, extremely usefull zbrush feature.
Make drag-brush with 100% strength and flat profile. It will move parts.
Sure, the transpose is used in most of sculpt softwares like Z Brush or Mudbox, it is a basic tool and it is needed, at least to me, you have as replacement in edit mode the linear deformer from Mira tools, it's free and the developer it is porting it to 2.8, but i suppose edit mode becomes slow with hight poly sculpts. github.com/mifth/mifthtools/wiki/Mira-Tools blenderartists.org/uploads/default/original/4X/1/7/8/178985f98893b24aeb81e2f862d30f26d9033fa0.png
I think that could be ported to work in the sculpt mode with masks, you can try to talk to the developer in blenderartists blenderartists.org/t/miratools/637385 and there's also Speedsculpt, it is a paid addon and it has a quick pose tool.
