[ Proposal ] Ctrl+Alt+Shift+0 = New camera from view (other than existing...)
When we create a new camera we have to
- add a new camera
- make that camera active from outliner
- Check "lock camera to view"
- and position the camera
It would be great if a single shortcut would create a "new" camera for us in a fast paced multi-cam setup required mostly for sports title animation... "Ctrl+Alt+Shift+0" would be the best shortcut for it...
May god give you peaceful sleeps... Which is very difficult for us to get here, but thanks to blender developers...

..aand I just found out that when I do alt C I get this behaviour, new camera from view, not sure if it's from one of the addons I installed any more or a default :) ..
* @kresimir.jelusic * It doesn't happen for me if I press alt+C...
***@Saikat *** on 2.8, I asked on other groups it works for some people, it's some addon I guess - try googling it, no one gave an answer where is it from, but let's consider there's a solve somewhere already
oh yes that's quite useful, cause this is what you need like 100% of the time, camera from view, coming from max this is basically the default camera.. only problem is they made the shortcut - ctrl c - you can imagine a new user trying to copy paste and instead makes camera from view.. ctr v is duplicate - OK.. anyway - this feature should be easy scriptable, I know I made this in maxscript, now gonna try and look into blender scripting to see how easy is this doable - scripting or as addon.. dontknow.. but yeah ctrl alt shift 0 - OK that's pretty long, but OK (I just remembered I maybe saw this working in blender accidentally, will see if I can do this at all)
This should be very easy to make as an addon, so I don't see why not. It'd be a handy feature!
