Selection only option in the select similar operator

Add a checkbox to the select similar operator that only checks in the specified geometry (uses active element).

This will be useful when working with dense objects, and it will add the ability to blend methods for greater flexibility (for example, selecting quads in a specific material).

When there is a selection and an active element, this option should ideally be enabled by default.
