Allow user to pan towards the bottom row in the sequencer (User Interface Minor Tweaking)
Hello. I would like to request a minor tweaking of the sequencer's user interface. The plan is to allow the user to pan not only from bottom to the top (from row 0 to up) but also to be able to pan from row 0 towards the bottom at least 5 rows of space.
This additional space has no use/purpose other than making the sequence feel wider and the bottom space is not somewhat locked.
Thanks.

I'm not sure this makes sense. If you pull the 0 channel up, but you can't put strips below it, that's just wasted space, no?
* @Jason van Gumster * I guess sometimes there are some UI elements that seems like doesn't have any functions at all but in a different way makes the software more welcoming and immersive. In my opinion this tweaking does it.
I don't know if this makes sense but think of watching youtube and not be able to scroll down. I think it just feels better and fluid when you can move up and down further and be able to see the bottom clip near the center view.
This is just a small tweak though and not very necessary.
