Non destructive primitives by default

1000006642.jpg

Replace the operator based workflow with procedural primitives (geonodes under the hood) in the add menu.

Good example by Anselem Nkoro on YouTube

In various 2D SVG editors, it's a common practice that an object starts as a shape (such as <ellipse> or <rectangle>. It only becomes a path (that can be manipulated manually) once the user chooses convert it. A similar workflow is used by tools like C4D, whereas in Blender it's only possible to manipulate a primitive until you pressed away from the operator menu which disappears for eternity.

Sure, there are add-ons but this behaviour could be offered by default to users, as Blender is shifting its course towards true proceduralism.
