Allow Scaling up String Box Diagonally

Starting from 5.2, we have this string text box for multiple lines. However it only allows to be scaled in one direct at one time. often we have long paragraph that grow both horizontally and vertically. it will be easier to scale it diagonally as it's indicated by the icon. In fact String box is much better to annotate than "Frame" function now, because you can write paragraphs without creation of many text datablock. but of course further UX improvement around this concept can be done later. for now I would simply propose to allow it to grow diagonally for convenience.
